Tungsten Heavy Powder and Parts Building

Client challenge:

Coffey Engineering & Surveying served as the local survey and civil engineering consultant for the Tungsten Heavy Powder and Parts Building. This $3 million dollar project was funded by a Wyoming Business Council (WBC) grant that Laramie Chamber Business Alliance (LCBA) was awarded. As the property and building owner for this project, LCBA looked for an engineering and survey partner to help produce a site that would meet the standards of LCBA, the City of Laramie, and Tungsten Heavy Powder and Parts, Inc.

Coffey worked closely with Plan One Architects and a general contractor to bring the building to fruition.
