Client challenge:

The University of Wyoming Alumni Association needed a new, exciting alumni and recruiting center to attract students and support the alumni association on campus. They also needed an engineering and surveying partner to help bring their 65,000 sq. ft. dream building to life on a 2.5-acre redeveloped lot. That’s where Coffey stepped in.
