Coffey Engineering & Surveying served as the local survey and civil engineering consultant for the Tungsten Heavy Powder and Parts Building. This $3 million dollar project was funded by a Wyoming Business Council (WBC) grant that Laramie Chamber Business Alliance (LCBA) was awarded. LCBA is the property and building owner for this project.  Coffey provided all the initial topographic and utility surveying  for this projects which produced baseline information  that was used by Coffey’s engineers to design the site’s grading, utility connections, drainage, access, and overall functionality.  Coffey worked closely with Plan One Architects and general contractor on this project to produce a site that meet the needs and expectations of the LCBA, the City of Laramie, and  Tungsten Heavy Powder and Parts, Inc.
